Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Once payment has been received we aim to process orders within 24 hours. You will receive email notification as soon as we have packed your order and printed a courier ticket.
How long does delivery take?
This depends on where you live. We are located in Mt Maunganui, so the further away from us you are, the longer your delivery might take.
These are typical delivery timeframes
| Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty | Overnight (add an additional 2-3 days for rural) |
| Rest of North Island | 1 – 2 days (add an additional 2-3 days for rural) |
| South Island | 2 – 3 days (add an additional 2-3 days for rural) |

What courier company do you use?
We use several companies – NZ Couriers, NZ Post, Post Haste and PBT. We will choose the courier who is the most suitable for your address and order size/weight.
How do I get free shipping?
Sorry, because our products are on clearance we are unable to offer free shipping.
Can I add to my order?
If we have not yet ticketed your order we are happy to add to your original order, however:
- If you have received an email stating your order has been completed, or a courier tracking link. We are unable to combine shipping.
- Your first order doesn’t cover the cost of shipping the additional items in the second order. You will be asked to pay an additional fee.
