Last Stop is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information contained within the site. While the information contained within the site is periodically updated, no guarantee is given that the information provided in this website is correct, complete, and up-to-date.

Although the Last Stop website may include links providing direct access to other Internet resources, including websites, Last Stop is not responsible for the accuracy or content of information contained in these sites.

Links from Last Stop to third-party sites do not constitute an endorsement by Last Stop of the parties or their products and services. The appearance on the Web site of advertisements and product or service information does not constitute an endorsement by Last Stop, and Last Stop has not investigated the claims made by any advertiser. Product information is based solely on material received from suppliers.


Any and all of the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! In order to service our customers, we must store two types of information: direct and indirect.

Direct information includes data provided to us by customers through our ordering system. This includes name, address, phone, and product information. We consider this information to be the property of our customers, and will not share, sell, or disclose it to any outside body for any reason.

Indirect information includes information that can be obtained through a customer browsing our site. Of this, we record the IP address and browser type. IP addresses are kept for security reasons, and browser types to better server our customers This data will be treated with the same regard as direct information and will be kept completely confidential as well. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final and non-returnable. We do not offer product exchanges due to change of mind.

Broken or Damaged Merchandise – All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please contact us via email to report the damage.

Please report any missing merchandise, order mistakes, and any other order problems within 72 hours of delivery. After 72 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or replacements will be accepted after that time.

Any faulty/damaged merchandise will be refunded or replaced in accordance with the consumer guarantees act with the exception of any product that is sold as a “second”. If you have purchased a product that is clearly marked as “SECONDS” no refunds or replacements will be given due to quality issues.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to [email protected] . If the order has not been shipped we will immediately cancel it with no penalty. However, the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost of returning the goods and a 15% restocking fee.


Last Stop delivers to most major areas of New Zealand by courier. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by our chosen courier company. We do not accept liability for any delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the provided delivery address.

You may or may not be asked for a signature on delivery. If you are comfortable for the goods to be left if no-one is home, please state this on your order in the comments section and advise a safe & secure place for the order to be placed. If redelivery is attempted you maybe charged a second delivery fee.

We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us directly if you’d like to make alternative delivery arrangements.

All items purchased from Last Stop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow five (5) business days for shipment, or up to seven (7) for rural deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

Orders & Pricing

The products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once we have received your payment in full. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.

The prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST). Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification.
